MEDICAL CONDITIONS:

PGL is committed to providing an inclusive experience for guests.

In order to ensure we support the guest experience and can facilitate the adaptions that may be required, PGL need to be made aware of any relevant additional needs such as;

  • Medical conditions which may require additional risk assessment for the guest to attend (e.g. epilepsy, cystic fibrosis, spinal cord injury)
  • Disabilities which may require adaptions to be made to the delivery of activities and accommodation (e.g. wheelchair user, walks with assistance, reduced strength in particular body area)
  • Sensory impairments (e.g. visual and hearing) requiring adjustments
  • Social communication needs, which would require additional support pre travel to prepare the guest and for the guest to be successful whilst at PGL.
  • Significant allergies/intolerances that may be triggered whilst at our centres.
